Sarah Grace
As a self-employed psychotherapist, Sarah Grace found her way through Lyme disease – a journey that felt like a brutal attack, with no one to turn to. She fought each day to survive, feeling that she could no longer trust her own body, yet remained determined to come through this horrendous fight.
Even though she was stuck in survival mode, she still believed it was possible to thrive again and learned to keep her smile. We join Sarah as she reflects on her journey and achievements, and learn of her passion for helping others.
Sarah gently guides clients on their emotional and often frustrating journey of recovery and relapse. She appreciates the many challenges life provides having gone through the same process and empathises with the many hurdles this disease throws our way.
Sarah is a proud mother of two and a blessed grandmother of two young ones. She is a lover of all animals, especially hedgehogs who she rehabilitates, and her two cats, and enjoys nature, swimming and travel when her health allows.
