How to Rediscover Your Identity & Self-Worth with Life Coach, Rosie Milsom

We’re delighted to announce that our next free online seminar is taking place on 2nd March at 7pm!

Join certified Life Coach and Lyme advocate, Rosie Milsom, as she focuses on helping you to rediscover your identity and self-worth.

ROSIE MILSOM – ROSIE MILSOM COACHING

Rosie Milsom is a certified life and self-love coach from Staffordshire. Her main focus is supporting people across the UK to help increase their sense of self-worth so that they can heal their relationship with themselves, understand their true purpose, and create a life that excites and fulfils them.

Rosie is also a qualified fundraiser and charity professional with a keen interest in Lyme disease, having worked for Caudwell LymeCo charity from 2018 to 2021. During her time there, she launched the first UK charity medical research project into Lyme disease testing, and spoke to hundreds of Lyme patients via the charity’s helpline service. From this, she understands the daily battles that many Lyme patients go through, and says that supporting them was one of the most rewarding parts of the job.

As someone who has experienced a long journey with infertility, Rosie feels she can empathise with those suffering from a chronic and incurable health condition, and how these conditions can take over your life and affect your view of your body and your overall sense of self-worth.

Aside from all this, she is also a wedding celebrant, a trustee of a local youth music charity, a board member of a dance theatre company, a singer, and a keen Harry Potter fan. She lives in Stafford with her husband Andy and beloved dog, Jax.

Her talk will focus on:

  • How your self-worth/self-image is formed, and particularly how your ill health may be playing a part in this.

  • Challenging the false beliefs you’re holding that may have been formed as a result of your health struggle.

  • Steps you can take to rediscover your identity, passions and purpose, based on the person you are now.

  • Tips for boosting your self-worth, self-acceptance and seeing value in yourself.

  • Taking some time to think about what you want to feel and experience in your life.

  • Tools for managing those times where you are in difficult mind spaces.
